Yves Saint Laurent has announced Oscar nominee Jessica Chastain as ambassador for the brand's latest perfume, Manifesto, set to launch in France late August and the rest of Europe in September.

Chastain, who follows in the footsteps of previous ambassadors Sophie Dahl and Karen Elson, said 'Since its creation, Yves Saint Laurent has conveyed strong values that I cherish, such as unwavering commitment, absolute love and feminine audacity'.
